Renungilah bahawa orang yang bahagia itu akan selalu menyediakan waktu untuk membaca kerana membaca itu sumber hikmah, menyediakan waktu tertawa kerana tertawa itu muziknya jiwa, menyediakan waktu untuk berfikir kerana berfikir itu pokok kemajuan, menyediakan waktu untuk beramal kerana beramal itu pangkal kejayaan, menyediakan waktu untuk bersenda kerana bersenda itu akan membuat muda selalu dan menyediakan waktu beribadat kerana beribadat itu adalah ibu dari segala ketenangan jiwa. Justeru, hidup ini adalah gabungan antara bahagia dan derita. Kehidupan menguji keteguhan iman seseorang. Malangnya bagi mereka yg hanya mengikut kehendak hati dan tidak sanggup menerima penderitaan.

  • When get the certificate of incorporated from SSM with date of registration

7. CHARACTERS

- sensitive = easy to dissolve

- durable

8. EXEECUTION – signing of document

- every partners have to sign

- depends on partnership agreement

- by way of affixation common seal witnessed by 2 directors

9. AGE LIMIT

- minors are legitimate partners

- minor is not personally liable but can incur liabilities for firm

- no age limit to be shareholder

- director must < 70 years old

- if more than 70, must get consent from board of directors.
